How to deal with not receiving subscription information?

Because our website is equipped with an automatic distribution system, normally your subscription information should be sent to your designated email address within 30 seconds of ordering. The image below is an example of the subscription information email you should receive. If you do not receive it, it may be due to your email service provider flagging our email as spam or junk, using their email interception feature.

You can also manually check your subscription information by locating the order confirmation email we sent you in your inbox. Click on 'View your order' in the email, and your browser will open, directing you to the detailed order information page.

After accessing the order page, click on the 'Release' button below 'Subscription Information', and you'll be able to view the relevant information.
