How to deal with not receiving subscription information?

Because our website is equipped with an automatic distribution system, normally your subscription information should be sent to your designated email address within 30 seconds of ordering. The image below is an example of the subscription information email you should receive. If you do not receive it, it may be due to your email service provider flagging our email as spam or junk, using their email interception feature.

You can also manually check your subscription information:

  1. Visit the Website

    Open your browser and go to:www.jooleermusic.com


  2. Log In

    Log in using the same email address you used when placing your order.

  3. Go to the Order Center

    Once logged in, navigate to the Order Center page.

  4. View Your Subscription Details

    On the Order Center page, you will be able to view your subscription account and password.
